The sermon also contrasts two kings' responses to Abram: one of blessing, and one of suspicion. Ultimately it calls listeners to live a life of faith.

Sunday 5th January - Dave Rogers preaches from Genesis 12 exploring the theme of faith, using the biblical story of Abram as a model. The sermon encourages listeners to embrace uncertainty and trust in God's guidance, even in everyday decisions. It highlights the importance of faith as active obedience and a willingness to be a blessing to others and then calls the congregation to embark on a new year of faith-filled adventures, trusting in God's promises and impacting their community.
